Cost for Services:

Cost for most in-home services are based on a sliding scale fee. During the initial assessment, the case manager will review client income and medical expenses to determine an adjusted income to be used in determining cost for services. No one is ineligible due to excessive income, but they may be asked to pay more for services than a person wityh a lower income.

Waiting LIsts:

There are currently waiting lists for all in-home services. Upon application, a person is placed on a waiting list to be assessed. Once the assessment an paperwork have been completed, there may be an additional waiting period until services are available to begin.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for in-home services you must be:

  • at least 60 years old,
  • at risk of going to a nursing home, or someone in a nursing homw who could return home with assistance.
  • in need of one or more services, which are not being provided by some other form of support.
