1. Provide user-friendly access to services and resources for workers seeking new or better jobs.
2. Provide services to employers who seek employees with skills needed to maintain and grow their businesses.
3. Bring federal, state, and local job training and employment programs together in one location.

Career Connections Center customers will have access and choices to a comprehensive amount of educational and job training options. Professionals from several local agencies have been cross-trained to offer support services to everyone.

A customer is anyone who wants service or information concerning the labor market, employment, education and training. Individuals are the job seekers, the unemployed and underemployed who need information and services tied to finding employment and making career management choices over a lifetime.
