Some of the classes offered include: Basic Keyboarding, Basic Computer, Beginning and Intermediate Microsoft Word, Resume Writing, and Avoiding Job Application Pitfalls. GRADD offers current youth scholarship recipients the opportunity to get real life experience in the workplace. Students are placed in a job with an area agency or business tailored to their career interest. Students are matched based upon their skill level and college major. Throughout the summer, students will report to work gaining on the job experiences. Students will complete timesheets and will be paid for their hours worked.
