To view a read-only version of your completed project profile, click here The User ID and Password is wrisuser. Once you have logged in, you will see a list of water and sewer projects for the Commonwealth of Kentucky.  Navigate to your project and click on the project name to view your project data. 

To access a printable, blank version of the project profiles click on water or wastewater.  After completing a new project profile, please send it to Sheryl Chino or Misty Sampson at the GRADD Office along with a project map.  All new water and sewer projects will require endorsement from GRADD Water Management Council.
