Have you been dislocated from your job?  Are you not sure that you can afford to attend school?   Do you need to gain the knowledge and skills to obtain a certain job? Does the employer require a specific credential in order to consider you for the position?  If you answered yes, GRADD scholarships may be available.  GRADD's scholarship program helps those who qualify pay for college expenses such as tuition and books.

If you are interested in GRADD's scholarship opportunities, please attend an orientation at the Owensboro Career Center (270-685-0210) or Henderson OET (270-826-0427) to find out more information.  Contact one of these career centers for orientation times.

GRADD can only use training providers that have been approved on Kentucky’s Eligible Training Provider list. To see the list of eligible training programs at area schools, the list can be accessed via Internet at http://dtr.state.ky.us/etpl.htm.   Priority will be given to applicants who are going into a high demand occupation.  Those occupations include healthcare, energy, construction, advanced manufacturing, and STEM (Science-Technology-Engineering-Math) related careers.
