The Community Collaboration for Children needs YOUR help!

Please take a few minutes to complete the needs assessment survey by clicking the button below. The Needs Assessment Survey will measure the public’s awareness of family violence, mental health needs, substance abuse, and neglect in the Green River area. Your answers will help determine upcoming community trainings and speakers.

Community Collaboration for Children (CCC) is a federally funded program designed to prevent child abuse and neglect, to support and strengthen families, and to encourage communities to work together.

Serving the region’s seven counties, the GRADD CCC Regional Network provides in-home based services and parent education classes through a contract with the Green River District Health Department.

Our regional network is comprised of community partners from family and child-serving agencies, as well as parents and other local citizens. The mission of the network is to build awareness and educate communities about child abuse/neglect.

For more information, please contact GRADD at (800) 928-9094 or email us.
